#PrioritizePollution Now In The SDGS
This week, the GAHP and member partners are at the U.N. working to ensure that the issue of toxic pollution is fully addressed in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are now being negotiated.
The Global Alliance on Health and Pollution (GAHP) along with UNEP, Sweden, Germany, Uruguay have proposed a more comprehensive set of indicators based on measures of death and disability under the “Global Burden of Disease” methodology.
