HPAP Update: 7 Countries Complete Process
In addition to Madagascar, here is what is happening with HPAP in other countries:
Colombia: HPAP has been completed, validated and adopted by the government as policy. Concept notes are being developed into proposals and presented to development partners. Read more.
Thailand: HPAP validation meeting took place in early 2019. Financing secured for new program aimed at understanding sources of air pollution in Northern Thailand and the associated disease burden. Read more.
UNIDO-led HPAPs have been completed in Ghana, Kyrgyzstan, the Philippines, and Tanzania. In addition, future HPAPs are planned in Bangladesh, Senegal, Indonesia, and India. Read updates for all HPAP countries here.
