Upcoming GAHP Annual Meeting + Incorporation

GAHP will be holding two meetings in Geneva, Switzerland, next week for members and stakeholders. Details are below:

Preparatory Meeting
7th May 2019
15:00 – 18:00 Geneva time
UN Environment House, Room 3, 11-13 Chemin des Anémones, Geneva, Switzerland

Annual Meeting
8th May 2019
18:30 – 20:30 Geneva time
L’Ariana Restaurant, 83 Rue de Montbrillant, Geneva, Switzerland

During the preparatory meeting, participants will have the opportunity to have a robust discussion and provide significant input into the membership and Board member nomination policies of the GAHP Council, as well as other important administrative matters. Policies and documents discussed at the preparatory meeting will be formally approved at the annual meeting on the 8th.

  • If you cannot attend in person, you can connect remotely via GoTo Meeting (see dial-in below).
  • If you have not RSVP’d for in person or remote attendance, kindly do so by 4th May.
  • For participants requesting travel reimbursement: Kindly ensure that you present the Secretariat with all available receipts, including boarding passes at the meeting, or via email post meeting. Costs that are not backed up by receipts and eligible under the reimbursement policy will not be reimbursed.
