May 5 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

The alarming data from the Lancet Commission on Pollution and Health of 2017 publication identified pollution as the most significant environmental cause of premature death on the planet, responsible for 9 million deaths each year. Air pollution is responsible for around 4-5 million deaths, with 2 million of the 9 million attributable to chemical exposure alone. (Update publication scheduled for May 18th 2022)
